Shipping policy

FOR A LIMITED TIME:
Free Standard Shipping Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more for Quebec and Ontario.

OTHER POLICIES AND CONDITIONS:
Shipping within Canada only At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada. However, we are actively working to expand our shipping services to cover North America in the near future.

Delivery Times Delivery times are 3 to 9 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are processed starting on Monday.

Return Policy If you receive a damaged product, please contact us by email at info@eracerdrink.com or via our "Contact" section with supporting photos within 10 days of receiving your package. We will then be able to proceed with a replacement.

Order Tracking and Confirmation Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email along with a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your package on the carrier's website.
