Delivery exclusive to Canada
For the moment, our delivery service is exclusive to Canada. However, we are actively working to expand our delivery services to cover North America in the near future.
Delivery Times
Delivery times range from 3 to 9 business days. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting on Monday.
Return policy
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us via email at info@eracerdrink.com or through our "Contact" section with supporting photos within 15 days of receiving your package. We will arrange for a replacement.
Order Tracking and Confirmation
Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email along with a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your package on the carrier's website.
