Delivery exclusive to Canada

• For the moment, our delivery service is exclusive to Canada. However, we are actively working to expand our delivery services to cover North America in the near future.

Delivery Times

• Delivery times range from 3 to 9 business days. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting on Monday.

Delivery Charges

• Delivery is free for all orders over $75 within the province of Quebec for standard delivery times. For eligible orders in other Canadian provinces, the standard delivery charge is $10 for all orders of $80 or more. 

Return policy

• If you receive a damaged product, please contact us via email at info@eracerdrink.com or through our "Contact" section with supporting photos within 15 days of receiving your package. We will arrange for a replacement.

Order Tracking and Confirmation

• Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email along with a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your package on the carrier's website.
