Every person who makes a purchase of new 2025 products (white peach flavour, wild berries flavour, and the mixed pack) during the pre-sale on our website (from May 13th to 25th inclusive) will automatically be entered into the draw to win a case of 24 cans of their chosen flavour. The winner will be determined during the week of May 26th.
Pre-sale Shipping Timeline
Orders placed during the pre-sale will begin shipping on May 22nd and will be fulfilled in the order they were received.

Delivery exclusive to Canada
For the moment, our delivery service is exclusive to Canada. However, we are actively working to expand our delivery services to cover North America in the near future.
Delivery Times
Delivery times range from 3 to 9 business days. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting on Monday.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is free for all orders over $75 within the province of Quebec for standard delivery times. For eligible orders in other Canadian provinces, the standard delivery charge is $10 for all orders of $80 or more.
Return policy
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us via email at info@eracerdrink.com or through our "Contact" section with supporting photos within 15 days of receiving your package. We will arrange for a replacement.
Order Tracking and Confirmation
Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email along with a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your package on the carrier's website.
