What is isomaltulose?

It is a low glycemic index sugar that provides long-term energy without any adverse effects on human health.

Due to its properties, isomaltulose is a sugar that can be consumed safely by diabetics and is also less likely to cause cavities. Isomaltulose is therefore a promising substitute for sucrose (traditional sugar).
